Provide high-level administrative, operational, and strategic support to the CEO and executive leadership. Serve as a central coordination point across leadership, the Board of Directors, internal teams, and external stakeholders to ensure alignment, efficiency, and effective communication. This position requires full-time, onsite presence to support daily mail processing, admin communications, and front office operations.

We are looking for a well-organized, proactive, and self-motivated Senior Accountant to add to our team in the Accounting Department. This individual should be a team player, a self-starter with the ability to multitask, and able to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. This individual must also be detail-oriented and possess proven people and communication skills. The Senior Accountant reports to the Chief Financial Officer and responsibilities include general ledger accountability, financial reporting, monthly and quarterly balance sheet and income statement analysis, banking activities, preparation of journal entries and reconciliations for the monthly general ledger close, and other special projects as assigned. This position is also responsible for providing accounting support to ensure efficient and accurate accounting operations of the Maui Foodbank.

The Kolu Warehouse Lead plays a key leadership role in ensuring smooth and efficient operations of the Maui Food Bank warehouse. This position oversees daily activities such as receiving, inventory management, distribution, and inter-island shipping. The Lead supervises and trains warehouse staff, ensures adherence to food safety and compliance standards, and supports system and process improvements. Working closely with the Director of Operations, this role also contributes to long-term planning and the implementation of system upgrades like WMS and NetSuite. The ideal candidate brings a team-first mindset, strong attention to detail, and a heart for service—always focused on moving food safely and efficiently to those in need across our community.
